These terms apply to your use of the QP Media website and platform at qpmedia.net, operated by QP Media, Hanoi, Vietnam. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

QP Media provides tools to manage sports tournaments, operate matches and produce livestream graphics. Some features are in beta or still in development and may change, be limited or be removed. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and the credentials you create for team editors and match supervisors confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Organizers and teams remain responsible for the content they enter or upload, including player information and images. Only upload content you have the right to use and, where required, the consent of the people shown. When you make a tournament public, its information becomes visible to anyone.

You allow us to store, display and process that content solely to operate the platform for you, including public pages, livestream overlays, exported graphics and posts to Facebook Pages you connect.

• Do not access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to break the platform’s security.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Features such as Facebook Page posting and third-party livestream software depend on services we do not control. Their own terms apply, and their availability can affect related features.

To the extent permitted by law, QP Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by interruptions, data entry errors or third-party services.
